During the reservations stage, we offer you the opportunity to reserve a home for delivery within a specific timeframe.
We understand the importance of aligning the delivery with your project schedule, and we strive to accommodate your needs as closely as possible.
To secure your reservation, simply sign a reservation agreement and provide a fully refundable reservation fee of $197 CAD.
You can have peace of mind knowing that you can receive a full refund at any time before the formal purchase agreement is finalized.

A CRAFT Modular Home That Aligns With Your Requirements
Once you’ve determined that a CRAFT Modular Home aligns with your requirements, we’re thrilled to embark on the journey of purchasing your dream home together.
Our team will collaborate closely with you to define various options and discuss any upgrades you’d like to incorporate into your house. Once all the details are finalized, we will present you with a comprehensive description of the home, along with a firm quote for the purchase price.
Making Financing Accessible
Securing financing for your modular home project can be a significant undertaking. Rest assured, we’re in constant communication with reliable financing providers. We’ll gladly refer you to vetted companies that can assist you in this aspect.
We’ve partnered with Canadian Financial. They offer access to traditional & alternative lending options plus access to dealer programs, insurance programs and leading edge financial technology options.
We take care of the technical documentation required for the permit application process. This comprehensive package includes architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans, along with service and foundation connection details. Additionally, it encompasses CSA certification and an installation guide to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
The Purchase Agreement will encompass all the specifics regarding the purchase of your home, ensuring complete clarity and transparency. At this stage a *deposit of 10% of the purchase cost is required.
*This deposit is fully refundable up until the time of the start of production of your home which we will advise you of in advance.
We understand that shipping plays a crucial role in the process, so we’ll typically provide you with a detailed quote for transporting the unit to your desired location.
If you prefer, you also have the option to arrange and coordinate your own transportation.
To proceed with your order, a second deposit of 10% will be required prior to the start of production of the home, to bring the amount paid to 20% of the purchase. We kindly request that this deposit is submitted no later than 120 days before the planned delivery date.

As the completion of your home nears and the anticipated delivery becomes imminent, we will work closely with you to coordinate a specific delivery date.
04. Delivery and Installation
We Take Care Of Delivery
At CRAFT Modular, we take care of delivering your home to your desired location on the scheduled delivery date. Our team will ensure a smooth transportation process, bringing your dream home right to your doorstep. Once the delivery is complete, we will hand over the home to your contracted resources who will handle the craning and installation.
Prior to the handover of the unit at the delivery location, the remaining balance of the purchase price is due.
We kindly request that the final payment is settled in full, allowing us to complete the transaction and finalize your ownership of the home.
