Do you offer the Piccolo Modular Home in a DIY Kit?
No, our CRAFT units are currently only manufactured on site at our facility and delivered to your location.
Is there an insulated flooring option? Yes, it is currently an Add-On with a cost of $1900*
*Ideal for use on piers or uninsulated crawlspaces. This option incorporates insulation to deliver warmth and comfort even in colder environments or where there’s no existing heat source.
Is There A Cold Weather Package Option? Yes
Recommended to meet performance requirements in more Northern climates. The CRAFT team is happy to explore your installation location’s climate requirements and ensure your ADU meets your specific needs.
